When is Lafayette move-in day for returning students? And what time?
move in day is tomorrow (8/30) between 7 am and 10 pm. We will be open, however, today until 10 pm or the days after between 9 am and 10 pm if those times fit your schedule better
Mikaela, returning students can check in at any point on Sunday, August 28th, which is the official move-in day.
What is the earliest time we can check in?
Can you post pictures of a dorm room/suite please? Kinda confused about how much room I will have/what I should bring/what is provided? For example, is a microwave/refrigerator provided? What constitutes as “outside furniture” that is not allowed?

Amanda, room space differs significantly from suite to suite. Each suite has a full size fridge, but microwaves are not provided. Check the housing site for more info.
Anything that you think might be considered outside furniture should be registered in the resource center. Some exceptions can be made if you apply for them.
I have to register them prior to moving in? What I’m mostly thinking of bringing are those plastic pull-out drawers.

i’m a non-nyu student living in lafayette for part of the summer…how many floors does the building have? (i’m on the 7th floor and want to know how relatively high that is)
Is there wireless internet? Because the lafayette housing page says that there is (NYURoam) but the 2012 NYU Summer housing page says there is no wireless in the dorms. I’d like to straighten that out before I move in for the summer
